Application Process
The 2020 tour will be held June 20 and 21 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Involvement in preparations for our big weekend is the mainstay of our tour and members are encouraged to take an active part through volunteering with brochure distribution, signing committee, advertising committee, chairing a committee or helping with the many tasks needed to pull off a great event. New members will be informed of upcoming meetings and the status of our tour through email notices.
Once an application is received from our online application form, the chairperson will email the applicant further explanations on where and when samples of art along with a $250.00 cheque (which will only be cashed if juried into the tour) will be required to be dropped off for the jury process prior to December 15, 2019.
Candidates will be notified by January 20, 2020 of their acceptance or decline. Those declined will receive a letter of regret and their full submission fee with directions for reclaiming their work.
