Application Process

The 2017 tour will be held June 24 and 25 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Involvement in preparations for our big weekend is the mainstay of our tour and members are encouraged to take an active part through volunteering with brochure distribution, signing committee, advertising committee, chairing a committee or helping with the many tasks needed to pull off a great event. New members will be informed of upcoming meetings and the status of our tour through email notices.

Candidates will be notified by JAN 28 of their acceptance or decline. Those declined will receive a letter of regret and their full submission fee with directions for reclaiming their work. Those who are accepted will be asked to join a committee, if they wish to receive a $75 rebate on their fee.
